Kamyek

The Kamyek people are a minor ethnic group located in North-West Tersten, around much of the north Amos Sound, and the coastal areas of the Haywardshire Hills. The largest city of the Kamyek is Woodgrove.  They are a mix of Martian and Skardish cultures, that originated when large-scale settlement was undertaken in this area.  They do not consider themselves to be Morai or Skardish, but rather their own peoples.  Most recently, a cultural independence movement has begun to take hold in the minds of the Kamyek, inspired by the autonomy granted to the Skardish and Manzalan peoples. It has been re-invigorated by the recent independence of Golichistan from the Federal Province of Tersten. 
Like many cultures inhabiting cold climate conditions, the Kamyek are considered a warm and friendly group of people, always willing to share space around a fire.
