Jacinto Plains

The Jacinto Plains are the heartlands of the Federal Province of Suzzara, and the Respublika Rovenya. They stretch around the north and west coast of Jacob's Lake and provides fertile ground for the cities of Rovena, Jacinto, and Barton. Mostly flat, this land is excellent for producing vast quantities of grains, which fuels the Barton Breweries and provides wealth to so-called Booze Barons. At the northern edge of the plains, around the city of Coldbranch, the land roughens out into the Beliéga Hills, a rough and jagged patch of land home to numerous mines and quarries. Further north of the Plains lies the uninhabited and undeveloped taiga of Kheta.
The Plains are bounded by the Federal Province of Saralost to the West; The Five Rivers to the North-East; Kheta to the North; The Krasnodar Vinyards, the Crater Bay, and the Mandara Grassland to the East. To the south lies the Federal Province of the Calama Steppe. Most of the Republic's industrial expansion has taken place in the Jacinto Plains, as such, it is one of the most developed regions on Tersten, ensuring Rovena's strong industrial powerbase.
