The Estuary is where the Ashinga River outflows, The north bank of the Estuary is known for its sandy beaches, and mild weather, being comparable to an average day at the beach in England. The south side of the Estuary is much rougher, with large cliffs and steep rock walls. Noayong lies here on the southern side, with the Noayong Lighthouse being a minor tourist attraction. The small town of Barati sits on the northern edge, and is noteworthy for its sandy, albeit cold, beaches.
