The City of Kua, known as the Bay of Scrolls and home of wisdom is ruled by Lord Yokai Kuatahn also known as Yokai The Small due to his dwarfism. Kua is known primarily for the Bronze Tower, a great center of knowledge and study. It's organized by the Archalchemists and Pyromancers of the country.
