Being decended from two humans the Narukami Dynasty is primarily human, though there is a bit of Elven blood mixed in. This has also resulted in humans making up the majority of the Kiyoshi Empire's upper class as those with family ties were and are favored for government positions.
The nobility of Gallenia is exclusively human. The highest ranks do not contain a drop of Elven blood as only a full blooded human can be born a True Gallenian.
