Myrae Interaction and Control Agency
The MICA is the police type force that enforces the Inter-Species Cooperation Treaty and insures neither Myrae or humans take advantage of each other.
Structure
Ranks are as follows:
Trainees: Trainees do a variety of small jobs including, information gathering, and assisting other ranks.
Collectors: Collectors are the ones getting and assigning low level cases. They also serve as a mission control on difficult cases, helping the Guardians and Sentinels.
Keepers: Keepers are training to be Guardians, they often are allowed to handle domestic cases as well as assist Guardians on their cases.
Guardians: Teams of three (with exceptions of linked individuals), the Guardians are well trained for a variety of missions and cases but are primarily utilized on higher profile or more dangerous missions.
Sentinels: High ranking Guardians allowed to handle special missions with a partner, including secret or diplomatic cases.
Overseers: Individual Special forces, used for only extremely difficult cases that often involve other countries.
Magi: The Veil Guardians, these 8 people also help spread and promote the ICT.
Magistrate: Highest ranking member, Carmen who decides who deals with what case.

History
The MICA was founded in 4396 CA after the death of Carmen's brother Erebus. She formed the MICA to be an enforcement agency for the ICT. Though they are based in Sacara, they are found on Fyedan, Shidan, Oveal, and Entrae. The organization is making strides to get Xan to agree to the ICT and allow them to enforce it there.
