Personal history
She was born in 7,000,013 OA but at the age of 3 she was sealed with magic stalling her aging completely until the year 126 CA when she was released. She is actually only 14,584 years old.
Carmen was born to Sacara Sanaris by the Scourge of Chaos Roan Sanaris in secret. No one aside from Sacara herself has the true story of how this parentage came to be and why she sealed her two toddlers encased in crystal. Regardless Roan and Sacara had mated and Sacara bore a pair of twins whom she gave the name Sarene Sanaris and Erebus Sanaris. She would then seal for many many years until the very beginning of the Estel Era when they were found and released by a young Faedian woman named Emihye Shuhan. The young woman would go on to take the two children in believing them to have suffered some curse during the war. The woman raised the two well, but questions about where she and her brother came from plagued her and so Carmen left her mother, father, twin, and newborn sister Faelan to seek answers.

Carmen lost her brother to the Draedian Kinari who had a long standing and rampant fear of Anlaes. The event has forever changed Carmen and she became much more reserved and determined to bring about change through the ICT for her brother.
