Ikanos I
King Ikanos Rarmon
Ikanos I was the fourth king of the Kingdom of Valonia from 298 to 275 BVE. He was the son of Sarton. He reformed the political system to become looser yet expandable, leading to the establishment of Sartonia and more cities to come.

Personal history
Born in 320 BVE in the Rarmon Dynasty, he was the eldest son of king Sarton and queen Lovan Indus, inheriting and alternating his middle name, Ikanis. He ascended the throne immediately after Sarton assassination, which strongly motivated him to reform the Valonia Senate to become relied the rank of advisers onto elected citizens rather than the descandant of the founders, whose power was reduced to only their institutes under a new title, Supervisor. In other words, increasing and decreasing his own power at the same time - in the name of his father.
He died in 275 BVE from natural causes, and his son succeeded the throne as Rondius II.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Ikanos had been described as one of the first king to "expend Valonians beyond Valone". He led the east campaign to secure the Dirwen River. Eventually, he found the eastern frontier town of Sartonia - yet in the name of his father. The north campaign was planned but only start after his demise.
He also found Valegion, the personal selected elite legion in the name of the Rarmon Family, which still exist to the present day.

Family Ties
He married Helaphina of Serin Family, the first time in Rarmon history to have consort from the same family since Hela the Kind, the queen consort of Val the Great and the family founder.
