Guildmaster

The term, "Master" is considered gender-neutral here, except in particular cases where a female guild leader chooses to use the term Guildmistress.
Most guilds are local to a city, though in a few cases they have an multi-city or empire-wide reach. Regardless, a Guildmaster that is officially recognized and granted the right to control business of their particular area, is in turn expected to obey the rules of the city and the Mayor that leads it.
