Quhua

Quhua is Xianlian's second largest city, and serves as the kingdoms primary trade city. Situated on the delta of the Empryss River, Quhua boasts a population over 100,000 permanent residents, with up to another 50,000 or 100,000 visitors in a given week.
Quhua is still firmly in control of the Xianlian bureacracy, but its vast scale and trade relationships allow small pockets of foreign agents to operate and work within its walls.
