The Arcane Overseers' Consortium

Operating at a lower level than Mysterium Arcana, the Arcane Overseers' Consortium's mandate is to regulate the commonplace uses of magic. Whether used for lighting, as a way of performing household tasks, or as a rapid postal system, magic is everywhere in Temshai, and the Consortium ensures it is used appropriately, priced according to Consortium standards, and not used inappropriately. The Consortium doesn't concern itself with users of magic with any kind of skill; even the least skilled Wizards, Sorcerers, or Clerics, are beyond their purview; when needed, the Consortium sends reports to a representative of Mysterium Arcana.
While distributed around Temshai, the Consortium's headquarters is in the Mystic Towers in Haliskar University.
