Mysterium Arcana

The Mysterium Arcana is a group of highly-skilled practitioners of magic. They've tasked themselves with overseeing the development and use of high-level magic across Temshai. They neither have, nor need, any fixed place of meeting; the selective group of mages has magical means to contact fellow members when the need arises. They largely operate with autonomy, saving their communications for times of great need or subjects of interest.
