Regency of Telnara

The Regency of Telnara is made up primarily of Telnari, living in the Forest of Telnara, but it includes all who live with the elves in the forest, whether in Eleth Telnara or roaming free under the trees. Telnara is led by a regent, a hereditary position of government that carries the importance, though not the wealth, of a monarch.
