Scully
Hailing from Old Cerulo, where he was raised by a poor sharecropping couple, Scully met and fell in love with Gaius Töphim during a stump speach Töphim was making on a tour through his old stomping grounds. It was a one night affair, and @Töphim does not remember him much past a familiar looking man, but to Scully, it meant the world. Since then, Scully has been a stolid and strident supporter of The Worcesters and their platform. He has been through enough pain in his life to be realistic about his affair with the High Priest, but that matters little to him, thanking Umberlee for the brief time he did have with his hero, Gaius Töphim.

Scully works for The Cerulean Empire as a driver. The deep sea vehicles, called Pluraspedes, take a lot of experience to pilot properly, and Scully has a talent for it, it would seem.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Scully is one of the best Pluraspedes pilots employed by the empire, generally getting the best gigs in town because of a stunt he pulled during an earthquake way out in the trench, which saved the lives of Gaius Politanus and Emperor Azure IV with a single swift reaction.
Mental Trauma
Scully was abused and bullied his entire upbringing. He put a stop to it with prejudice as time went on, plotting and scheming to kill his tormentors. He was never caught, except for once; but when the whole story came out, the detectives decided to drop the case against Scully. Revenge killings are not uncommon in The Cerulean Empire.
