The Temple District - Aethos

The Temple District is the home to the reglious and spiritual part of Aethos. It is home to the temples and chruches to many gods, both mortal and fey. It is bustling each day of the week as different relgions or spiritualities come to pay their respects to higher beings.
The most notable feature of the district is The Cathedral of Eternal Frost. This enormous catherdral is home to the entire Aranys religion. At all parts of the year, pilgrims travel to this cathedral to pay their respects to the God of Death and founder of Aethos. During the Winter and Summer Solstice, thousands of people from several nations commute to the city to worship at the cathedral making it Aethos' single largest destination.

This district is also home to some of the population of Aethos. Most of the spiritual leaders, their families and their employees live right in the district. It is also home to some of the older noble families of Aethos who did not want to be in the gated High Quarter District. Lastly, there are a few government buildings present, including the Ministry of Religous Affairs, Ministry of Multicultural Relations and Ministry of Labour.
