Aranys goes by many names like Aranys Lord of Death, The Dark Shepard or The Owl of Death. He is worshiped all across Telamoria by anyone who respects death and prayer to him is a part of most funerals. His holy symbol is that of a black owl.
Tenets of Faith
It is Aranys’ belief that death, winter and darkness are all natural and elegant. They are not to be feared but appreciated as they are. Night will come as surely to day as death will to life. It is said that before you die you will see an elegant snowy owl who will guide you to the next world.
