The Feather in your Cap

Purpose / Function

The Feather in your Cap serves two purposes. On its exterior it appears to be a store where you can buy exotic feathers for hats. These feathers come from all manner of beasts and birds from across the land. This is a very niche market which is perfect for the stores secondary purpose.
The Feather in your Cap is also the home of the Silent Whispers, a criminal guild which specializes in discrete thievery and assassination. The only way to find this portion of the store is to ask the store clerk for a specific type of feather which will grant you access to the back room. Which feather is to be requested is changed each day and is only known by the Handlers who give it out across Aethos if they think they can woo a specific contractor.
