Deadthorn

This medium sized village rests between the foothills of the Sword Mountains, and the Bay of Dead Men. This relatively sleepy town once was a bustling merchant stopover point, but since the creation of the Steam Boiler Engine, and later upgrade to the Lightning Rail system, there is significantly diminished traffic along the Tradeway road. Nowadays Deadthorn acts mostly as a shipbuilding yard, lodgings for treasure hunters. Due to the creation of the Bay of Dead men, and position along the coast it is ideally suited for such a facility. Nearly 2/3rds of the townspeople work in the shipbuilding industry in some form or another.
