Tiefling
It pays to exist along the fringes. The laws of the world don't apply to the unseen.Cursed, or perhaps blessed, with the gifts of infernal blood from either Demonoids or Devils stand Tieflings. Ranging in appearance of relatively mundane to deep red skin, glowing yellow eyes, pronounced horns, wings, or claws, a Tiefling merely encompasses any who descend from deals and relationships between mortals and the infernal. Despite their heritage however, a Tiefling has the same capacity for evil and good as any other.-Unnamed Tiefling Thief on Daily Life
Cautious and Self-Reliant
Often left with a bad lot in life, Tieflings are either despised or simply distrusted for their bloodline dependent on how visible it might manifest itself physically. They usually occupy the fringes of society, joining Thieves Guilds or other underground organizations where they might make a living in a world utterly despondent towards them.Without a Home
A hybrid of Human and the Infernal, yet not truly either, Tieflings oftentimes find themselves without a place to call a homeland. Their lives are often unkind and lonesome making them wary and guarded but to break through these barriers and earn their trust may make you a skilled and loyal companion.Basic Information
Biological Traits
Tiefling encompasses all individuals with a mixture of infernal and mundane blood and this is represented in the race in a variety of ways. Tieflings range wildly in appearance: some only having the faintest smell of brimstone or subtle fangs while others have cloven hooves, deep crimson skin, long tails, and bat-like wings.
While red is the most common skin tone for tieflings, light blue and dark violet have also been seen among its members.
