Andorr
Crown of the Forest
Seated in the far north of the Isle of Corlan now lies in ruin what was once an important and influential city in the Kingdom of Gibraltar. Andorr, set upon in the year 2237.II by an ancient black dragon, met its end, marking the beginning of The Cataclysm - a tumultuous and chaotic event that lasted for eight years and destroyed much of The Isles of Morvran Mist-Walker. Andorr is now remembered as a tragic site, representing the great ordeals that Tarroc faced between 2237.II-2245.II.
Demographics
Andorr was mainly inhabited by humans, though it also had a significant number of elves from Loquintia as well as tabaxi from Grenadon
Government
Before its collapse, Andorr was under the domain of The Kingdom of Gibraltar, a monarchy ruled then by King Alan Wrench of Gibraltar, and presently by King Alan Wrench II of Gibraltar
Defences
Andorr was primarily defended by a wall that went all the way around its perimeter. The wall was about 15 feet tall, and guards would be stationed every 50-100 feet along the wall to keep a lookout for invading forces.
Guilds and Factions
The Crown of Gibraltar ruled Andorr from its founding until its collapse
The Silver Tail had a base of operations in Andorr
The Dragonsfang was a major slayer's guild headquartered in Andorr
The Tinker's Guild, though headquartered in Amapan, also had a significant presence in Andorr before its ruin
History
Andorr was originally founded by The Kingdom of Gibraltar after the 300 Year Treaty was signed, which ended the 300 Years War and decided that the Isle of Corlan would go to the gibraltites.
Architecture
Andorr had very typical Gibraltian architecture, with mostly wooden buildings and cobblestone walls/towers, tending not to be highly decorated or elaborately designed. Due to the hotter climate of the Isle of Corlan, most homes were designed to have many windows, allowing the heat to escape.
Geography
Andorr is seated in the northernmost point of the Isle of Corlan, a large forested island between The Wildlands and the Dark Ridge. It had a large natural harbor, which allowed for a renowned fishing industry that propelled the city economically until it met its demise.
Natural Resources
Andorr's main exports were wood harvest from the surrounding forests and fish caught offshore in the Great Sea, as well as wild horses from the Corlan Wood which were frequently tamed and sold off.
