Land of Two Moons
High in the skies above Tarroc, Prïluen and Skündluen dance the eternal dance of night and day; at the bottom of the Kinder Sea, ancient forces lurk; in the peaks of the Centurion Crags, a dragon unleashes a mighty roar, to be heard all across the Great Plain and the continent of Amayarr. Home to the first humans and more than a third of Tarroc's current population, the Land of Two Moons is vast, exciting, and ancient. Blessed by Gond during the Dawn of Creation, a second moon - Skündluen - floats above the earth without orbiting it, only seen by those fortunate enough to live in one of Amayarr's three nations - Iontach, Lar Na Tire, or Gulchet. Amayarr is a land of opportunity, a land of great accomplishment and great disgrace, and a land that so many are proud to call home.
Geography
As Tarroc's largest continent, it naturally has the most varied geography. Its eastern coast is the mountainous expanse of the Centurion Crags, while its west is a great grassland, laying alongside the inland Kinder Sea. To the South is The Frostlance, a massive and uninhabited tundra which circles the southern pole of Tarroc, and to the North lie the deadly Stormy Desert and the tropical Charlatan Rainforest. Massive forests and magnificent savannas fill in the continent's center, carved through by wide and fast-flowing rivers which lead to its Kinder and Centurion Seas, among a number of lakes which pepper the countryside.
Fauna & Flora
As Amayarr is a huge and varied continent, no generalizations can truly be made about its flora and fauna. With everything from spiky desert cacti to the ents of Dreamvale and the shiverthorn plants of The Frostlance, you can find just about anything in one place or another.
Natural Resources
Amayarr's forests provide Tarroc with some of the finest lumber available. The deserts and mountains are rich with iron, gold, and copper, and the seas full with fish and lobsters. Each country in Amayarr has its own imports and exports, though the continent as a whole has most everything that's available on Tarroc.
