Emperor Curthot Cher'bit of the Flietch-ta Empire agrees to assist the Elynthi in "future situations" in exchange for Ambassador Selengar Shal'Ashen's assistance dissolving the Justicars, who had actively opposed many of his edicts. Selengar Shal'Ashen brings two ice devils into Mora's Arc. The Emperor is forced to flee toNosferius, though he returns later with a Elynthi soldiers, rounding up and executing 48 of the Justicars.
