First Race of the Lilacs Run

Parteck Nakumata, a middle ranking officer in the Zennonaize Cavalry, begins the now traditional Race for the Lilacs in the late Watermoon. Influential families and officers from across the Confederacy meet for this three-mile horse race. Parteck Nakumata finishes in second, two lengths behind the Dono's own son.
