Xeerix Zenzorax

Historian and Magical Researcher
A highly unusual and fascinating person, Xeerix is one of the few Goblins to have ever assimilated into mainstream Human society - first as a powerful mage and later as a scholar. Born to one of the many tribes in the Rheuthengage Mountains, his early life is generally a mystery. At some point, however, he met Kyzen Menthora Impressed with the young goblin's intellect and aptitude for magic, he took him on as an apprentice. The two remained close throughout the remained of Menthora's career with Xeerix re-editing and publishing some of the archmagi's most important works.

After Menthora's disappearance, Xeerix joined the faculty at the University of Karradone. He did not, however, joint the School of Pure and Applied Thaumaturgy. Instead, he joined the department of history of faculty, diving headfirst into the problem of cataloguing the history of Tarien tht eliminated the Human - and to a lesser extent Soulmeliti bias that pervaded academia. His masterpiece - The Abbreviated History of Tarien was released in 479 AC, shortly before his death of old age.
