If the steady hand of Francis the Fair has one thing that makes it tremble, it is his sister. At one time Sissy, as she is called, cared for a young orphan lost to the streets of Gartcha. She made sure he got enough to eat, kept him clear of the bullies, and more importantly, taught him the trade of cutting purses. Fortunately for Sissy, Francis proved adept with his fingers and soon surpassed her meager skills. Sissy, however, never really mastered the art and once she hit a growth spurt in her early teens, growing like a willow, never became graceful. Many on the street might even call her daft and ungainly, though only if thought Francis would never hear of it.
Over the decade since, while Francis has managed to rise to power in the Northwest Syndicate, graduating from picking pockets to the more stable professions of smuggling and extortion, he dragged Sissy along with him. And drag is certainly the right description for a young woman with so many arrests on her record by the 12th Legion that it is rumored she has her own cell reserved in the Gartcha City Prison nicknamed "Sissy's Suite". Despite the many arrests, Francis continues to break her out - something aspiring criminals in the region have certainly noted. And while no one has taken advantage of this fact in the constant power struggles of the Syndicate, word on the street is that its only a matter of time before his loyalty to his sister gets him trouble.
