Unlike many of the Puppeteers, almost everyone in the Northwest Syndicate knows who represents their interests with the broader Brotherhood. Few, however, could pick him out of a crowd without the white and red lacquered mask that he wears for all Syndicate business. Soft spoken and thoughtful, he choses his sparse words carefully and makes it point never to repeat himself. His attention to detail and head for figures ensures that each small part of the Syndicate's complicated dockside extortion scheme in his hometown of Gartcha operates without a hitch. He prides himself on the fact that no ship is asked for a "donation" more than once and that rates remain consistent. Clear expectations, he has told his underlings lead to fewer surprises and few surprises line all of their purses.
