Proprietor of the Bugs' Jar
Otto long ago shaved his head to "save himself the trouble of going bald" he jokes. Instead, he has focused his hair growing efforts on his beard - a dark triangle, spotted with silver, that extends to his balky knees. After two decades of working as a fisherman he bough the Bugs' Jar as much as place to live as a livelihood. While he has a few regular customers and friends - the most famous of which are Antonio Brenkin, his tavern does enough business to make ends meet. While he extends credit to all of his regulars, who pay him when the fishing is good, one person he won't serve - unless he sees the coin first - is Cedric Kandar who spent a full moon leeching off of Otto'sgood graces simply by virtue of being Antonio's acquaintance. Antonio may have finally settled the debt for the younger explorer but Otto still holds a grudge. When asked about his tavern's famous collection of insects, he'll simply shrug his shoulders. "They came with the place," he'll say before pouring another drink.
With a beard that reaches his balky knees, Otto is the affable proprietor of the Bugs' Jar in Rathgar. Always willing to extend his friends credit, h takes exception to Cedric Kandar, who would still owe him a moon's back lodging if it weren't for their mutual friend, Antonio Brenkin.
