Second speaker for The Soulmeliti Forests, it was Meltorythe that solidified the position within the Styvalhyme Family family. While looked at as a heroand martyr among his people, many scholars blame his actions against the Elynthi for creating the hatred that has consumed northeast Tarien. Soulmeliti scholars take a longer view, noting that strife in that corner of the continent had occurred for centuries before advent of the written word, and believe that Meltroythe was, like others, merely swept up in the River of Time.
