Knights of Dawn
Legendary Adventurers
Idealistic from their very founding, the Knights of Dawn explored Tarien and beyond in the early 5th Century, spawning a score of songs and tales, many of which still fill tavern halls to this day. Many of their members claimed noble lineage - including a future Forestspeaker and Khadric clan chief and this, perhaps, may explain why so many of the tales about center around such moral idealism - more often helping the downtrodden or rescuing the week that slaying a monster for some great treasure.
That's not to say that they group failed to slay their share of monsters - from giants to demons no monstrosity or tyrant was safe from their mighty swords and powerful magics. Their greatest triumph undoubtedly came when they slew Kerr - the undead dragon who had ravaged Tarien since time immemorial. Disbanding here shortly thereafter, its members went on to found kingdoms and explain the mysteries of the multi-verse.
