Gartcha Station
Officially, the @Nerrid Secret Service, buried in its own paperwork, was dismantled decades ago. That being said, few government intelligence officers believed it. With the flow of commerce coming though the city, and the information that comes with it, Gartcha is a natural stronghold for the Service. The Nerrid Quarter gives them more privacy than most cities in which to operate. Nerrid being Nerrid, the Corner’s most prolific business is that of a miller, specializing in fine parchments – much of it is used to document the rumors of political and guild activities that come through wharf and most importantly, through the officers of the Eldorian Legionnaires , which for some reason employ three Nerrid as office staff.
