Grim and determined, Francis often plays with his highly fashionable handlebar mustache. He claims its is merely a nervous habit but the girls working at the brothels in his west harbor beat will tell you its keep the ends curled. Perhaps the mustache makes up for his balding pate and slightly beady dark eyes, but they don't make up for his lack of humor. Nearly always working, Francis is the best investigator in Grennig, anyone in the Grennig Shore Patrol will tell you that. He leaves no cobble unturned in his pursuit of criminals and for that reason often works the most gruesome cases.
