Duchy of Sternbalia
Deep within the Darsiac Ocean lies an island nation founded three centuries ago by those seeking opportunity in far flung lands. In some respects, it makes the Duchy similar to the nations of Azermathia: young and full of opportunity. The Duchy, however, has maintained closer ties to its Eldoria forbearers, both in terms of culture and politics. Some, if fact, jokingly call it Western Eldoria.
