Eldest son of Kern d'Uthar I, the first emperor of Eldoria, Kern was said to be both beautiful and charismatic. With a voice like honey and eyes like gold, he assumed the throne in 27 AC. Seduced by power, he had many years before slipped into the embrace of Søren Serringal, the mighty vampire lord who hoped to make a puppet out of the Empire. The insatiable appetites of Dorn, however, proved his undoing. Using the mysterious disappearance of hundreds of Eldorian girls and boys as a rallying point, his brother Jethrick initiated a civil war to take the throne from him. After several years of conflict, Dorn was slain, his brother claiming the crown.
