White Tip Mountains

This mountain range gets its name for its white peaks of course, but that isn't a rarity in the tundra lands of Suranth. What truly gives the region its name is the fact that this mountain range seems to be a healthy and favored habitat for ever dangerous white tip wyverns. It is believed the mountain range is likely home to a healthy population of the apex predator and monster. What is truly known is that to travel the region is actions of one whom seeks death. Harpies haunt these mountains, gargoyles as well, and those are besides the mundane dangers of terrifying creatures such as cave bears or snowcats, or even the rarer and more dangerous sword-tooth cats. Not much else is known about the mountains, though a few rumors and stories exist, old wives tales surely, that a great beast of bygone times, forgotten by all but the most esoteric of scholars, still haunts these mountains.
