She is fit, often spoken of (out of earshot and by fools whom have not a prayer of ever winning her hand) as a woman of 'good child bearing body' with a fit build, with well set and wide hips, and a strong core. She clearly also eats well, has a full figure, healthy, well endowed and well cared for. This comes from sailing but also of course from keeping her martial disciplines well practiced. A woman who's spirit and behavior embodies the tundra, wholly and truly. In that same vein, though many of those very same fools would claim she is too 'outgoing, outspoken and independant. She would make a poor, headstrong wife.' Such people though, have no need to consider these factors. She'd never marry them anyway.

She is considered amongst the rich and powerful of Suranth, and indeed the northern parts of Depenwood and Raechin, as one of the most eligible unmarried individuals. This is due to her age, along with her beauty and intellect. These traits mark her as a worthy candidate as such. After all, few nobles marry for love or companionship. That is not to say she is not beautiful or that marrying her would be a chore of but duty for her suitors, should she ever pick one. Far from it. In her late twenties, she exudes confidence and power in all her activities. She is of an average height, not imposing in that fashion, with deep and dark hair that is thick, the color oft compared to ripe blackberries. Her eyes are a a honey-gold brown, reminding many of amber or the delights of a proper honey mead. She is well endowed, so to speak, and does not hide it. Indeed, she is known to take an ancient arctic tradition from the high seas, one written of but long forgotten by most. Whenever she takes command upon a vessel, her preferred method of travel, she has her own outfit custom made, to reveal to the elements her left breast, bare for all to see. Her womanly features in this regard isn't hidden or even marred by the damage of years of sailing on and off and the bits of frostbite or scarring from a few skirmishes with disobedient crewmen or river pirates. Indeed to many, it is an added attraction in some ways, showing a tundra toughness that has a sensual attraction to it to many in the region, and to suitors from the south a more exotic attraction.

Lady Kassandra Romain, the current Protectorate of the Foljeim Province, is the definition of a silver tongued and politico. She is known as Suranth's Silver Tongue and that is for good reason. It is she more than any whom helps maintain the groundwork and the power dynamics of the NPA for Suranthi interests, and does so through her handling of such a key commerce heavy region. She is also entrusted to handle most matters of diplomacy for Suranthi interests across all the northern lands of Valerick, wielding an incredible amount of power in the diplomatic and economic spheres, trusted by her High King implicitly.
Of course there comes with this the admittance amongst those within the region that she is not afraid to selfishly fiddle with those puppet-strings, strumming them in ways that best suit her own interests, but doing so carefully, knowing she is toeing a line of course. She is impressively skilled at stretching that influence, without causing any measurable permanent change to it to pursue her own interests. She is known to be a smart, calculating and powerful woman. Many are her suitors, though none yet have truly managed to win her hand, heart or mind. She is a powerful and intelligent woman and has no interest in anyone less than equally on par with her own intelligence and ability, regardless of their social station.
