Chief Nazril Holisinion Orea

The dwarven matriarch of Clan Orea, a clan well known for their skill at engineering and construction, this region is known to be home to some of the finest engineers and is a favored place of recruitment for the Suranthi Armed Forces. Chief Nazril herself is well noted as a structural engineer, and brilliant architect, someone whom in a clan of dwarf-folk whom all take great pride in their stone and metal work, is spoken of by her people reverently as seeming 'ta speak t'e language o' metal, stone, an' even timber!'. She takes great pride in this knowledge, so much so she actually finds time, though it is hard in being the head of government in the region, but she manages to insist and find time to teach a course to engineering students in their fifth and final year of schooling, one she calls, "Applications; the complex Sciences of Structural Engineering Theory" where she takes real world examples of detailed site maps, and land surveys, along with a basic idea of what they are to build, and works through week by week with her students. She provides material prices, a full budget they have to accomplish the project, for just the material. It is not for the engineer to concern themselves with labor costs, that is for the actual project manager after all. That person or party must establish how much the whole project can cost, and how much coin they are willing to contribute to an engineer or team of them, along with material acquisition. She runs this course for a full year, during which, to simulate real world demands, you will have three projects. The idea being her four hour class is merely office hours with your fellow guild members to seek advice and ask questions, as if you are not operating on the same project, which is a thing she has experienced plenty of. Her students know she judges all these things, including collaborative willingness to aid their fellow engineers. An intellectual mind, her soft silvery eyes match her deep slate toned hair, and wearing it braided to one side, highlights those curious and inquisitive eyes, ones that speak volumes to this dwarf's demeanor and attitude. She is a well of energy as well, very outspoken and energetic, particularly for dwarf-kind.
