Beholder Angler Fish
The Beholder Angler Fish has several light stalks protruding from the top of its body. They don't all glow at once. Instead, the light intensity varies to give the impression of something shiny moving through an area.
These fish, despite being named after the land predator, are actually prey creatures. While their lights are able to offer them time to escape, if they are caught, their stalks emit a blinding light to help them daze their predator and escape.
