Whitemark Crest Library

Whitemark Crest Library is one of the oldest buildings in Vellen Falls.  It is said it's one of the few buildings to survive the last shattering in the area.  It currently sits on the grounds of Vellen University and is used by the students and faculty.  It has a huge trove of books, parchment, and scrolls.  It is patrolled by dozens of scribes, librarians, and acolytes who catalogue and protect the huge collection. 
Magical alarm system monitored by the Assembly of the Weave.  The university building is friendly with the Assembly and most of the bookshelves and rooms are inscribed with magic detection runes.  If a spell is cast inside the library a magical globe flares into an orange light in the area of the cast spell.  An in house witchfinder from the assembly will investigate within five minutes.
Notable staff on hand:
Elsbar Kreuk, a human man in his 70s he is a dedicated librarian. Candlehoff is a tall firbolg man who is a young acolyte. Nick Turniphoff is a halfling scribe who is always writing notes. Quilla Punter is a half elven woman who is one of the librarians. Blicca Tronk is a dwarven woman who is an acolyte. Corvan Guessis is the current witchfinder from the Assembly of the Weave here.
