Prime Minister
Chrysavalen is the Prime Minister of Vellen Falls. He won his seat just a year ago and runs a tight ship. He is slowly replacing many members of the leadership with people he favors. He recently replaced the Harbormaster who had served for 20 years with an elven man named Hilius Tove which created a mild scandal with the rich and powerful. His past is still a little murky but so far his leadership skills have been impressive. The only oddity is his oath of allegiance to the city of Lamborginus, a decree not seen in Penthaheim in centuries.
In his disguised state he is an attractive elven man with platinum blonde hair that he wears in long cascade down his back. His hair and cape match with a circular curve at the bottom. He wears a uniformed armor fashioned of lightweight elven metal that is royal blue and black. He is ornamented with several hoop earrings that match his armor. He is tall and imposing and carries himself with a regal manner.
