Allachi

Allachi is a large town on the Southern shore of the Eye of Hellenox.  It is constantly an economic and trade rival to Helletowne.

Government

The city is currently run by House Quail of Penthos.  Lord Hellevos Quail rules the city with an iron fist and he has a large battalion of personal guards.  The city has a parliament that is made up of a dozen royal ministers and a dozen common house ministers.  Most of whom are heads of guilds or powerful farms just outside of the city.  Lord Quail works hard to make sure that most of the ministers are loyal to him.

Infrastructure

1. Three Skulls Bar and Inn - So called for the three large skulls that are hung from the ceiling of the common room by chains and ropes.  A dragon skull, a cyclopean humanoid skull and an enormous wolf skull all look authentic and daunting. The tavern is owned by an air genasi woman by the name of Xanta Avocherious.
2. Ashevar Millworks - One of the main imports and exports of the city is lumber. Mutt Ashevar owns the sawmill and connecting lumberyard and controls a lot of the exotic wood that comes and goes in the city.
3. East Tellenheim Co - Just one of the many offices of the ETC resides here not far from Red Quail Manor.
4.Temple of Eigeralon - The current acolyte is a soon to be Cleric by the name of Luveriian Cho.  He is a Firbolg man who hopes to pass the test soon.
5. Rorgun Forge Works - Owned and operated by Helmut Rorgun a large human man.
6. Assembly Mageware - Owned by the Assembly of the weave and caters to only members of the famed mages guild.
7. Green Shield Docks - The large walled docks that protect the city from sweeping autumn storms.
8. Sabra's Djinn Tavern - In the common room sits an enormous copper pot.  It is said that inside lives a dangerous Djinn that cannot escape.  A popular drinking game is to rub the pot and see if the patron can commune with the Djinn.  If one is properly drunk they can converse with the magical genie, though it has no power to affect the material plane.  The owner is a Fire Genasi woman named Sabra Al Verasi.
9. Impossible Bat Tavern - Spectral, incorporeal bats roost in this large open common room.  The tavern is kept dark and cave like with stone walls pockmarked with small alcoves.  In many of the alcoves magical candles and lanterns burn incessantly giving the space an underground quality.  Groups of bats often fly in and out of the common room, their blue and purple bodies grazing tavern goer's heads.  New people often duck instinctively to avoid the creatures. The owner is a strange hornless Tiefling that is dark blue in color with bright yellow eyes.  He has dark blue hair and almost blends into shadows.  He has a forked tail and only three digits on his hands and feet.  He wears a red vest and khaki pants most days.  Goes by the name of Kurt Vaggner.
10. Illivaron Bazaar - A collection of over one hundred shops and open market stalls that sell just about anything.
11. Sinnovar Spice Market - A collection of small shops and kiosks that sell all manner of spices and potions.  Rumor has it that many illicit and illegal substances can be obtained here if you know who to ask.
12. Umaron Armorworks - Owned by the half orc woman by the name Luchana Umaron.
13. Fullson's General Store - Owned and run by the human woman named Billie Fullson.
14. Witchford Farmstead - Run by a wealthy 6th generation landowner named Carver Witchford.  The family are human who claim to have an elven bloodline.
15. Mistovar Arcana - Benevolo Mistovar is an eccentric mage who collects all manner of strange arcana.  He often butts heads with the Assembly over artifacts and relics.
16. Clement Farmstead - Run by a wealthy 4th generation landowner named Warron Clement, they are in a constant struggle with the Witchfords to dominate the agriculture market. The Clements are dwarves who left  the mountain hold over 2 centuries ago.
17. Yoravon Docks - The main docks where most trade ships unload goods into the city.
18. Kirraloe Crating, Warehouse - Yet another series of warehouses owned by the Kirraloe Crating company.  They seem to be a powerful company on the rise.
19. Helverton University - A prestigious place of learning favored by the wealthy trading company officers for their sons and daughters. It is often considered a safer, elf free place of learning if one wanted to avoid Vellen University.
20. Cuber Prison "The Cube" - A series of cells built into a huge set of four walls with an open air courtyard in the center.  It is considered one of the most brutal prisons in the Eigerlands.  It is run by a vile human man by the name of the Grave Keeper.
