Personal history
Born into the royal family Seruban should have had a life full of promise, but his father was a strong willed man who dictated the young boys path through life, including his polically convenient marriage to Magdelena Junius. When Emperor Clovar died and Seruban took the throne he simply had not had anough experience exerting his authority, and gave a demeanour that made him all too approachable for those with issues to raise. Soon he found all too often that his wife was now making important decisions while he was left trying to quell disputes among the senate, miliary or priesthood. He clearly did not enjoy his role as Emperor, and as him mental powers began to dminish, he opted to abdicate in favour of his son Ladrius.
