History

Letting It out

The term Shedele is an old term that means, “freeing one’s burden” as a means to cope with bottled up emotions. Due to negative emotions being one of the causes of Gloomification and later the transformation into a Gloomspawn. Which is why the best way to stop it is by letting them all out and talk about it to people to allow them feel better and avoid them being turned into the dark creature that may fester and grow is left unchecked.

Execution

The gather takes place at a temple at the begin of the day the day with many people present once the service of worship is over. The priest will ask the people to speak up and tell them what problems that they are having in their life and how it makes them feel. Each person will have a turn and each time the people around them will comfort them and help them through the emotions they are feeling. Allowing them to feels better and remove those emotions that have been festering in them. Once it is done those gathered will make sure give comforting words to help strength their resolve.

Participants

It is often done with a group of people in a community that live near each other to allow them themselves to be familiar to each other. However with larger settlements they will be divided into section and grouped together. An illumine priest is often present to aid the people there.

Observance

This can be done every Sun’s day at the end of the week during church services. But can be done other days of the week if needed.
