A contraceptive device, essentially a nanotech mechanism that blocks the Cs protein in male Hybrids and prevents endometrium thickening in female Hybrids, is implanted into every newly-acquired human template very early in the implementation phase of minion creation. The purpose of this is NOT to allow sexual activity under whatever circumstance! It is a precautionary measure only, preventing certain potential sources of aggression.
