The Empire's organization for the enforcement of imperial magical law, originating from the organization of the same name in pre-Empire Als Alour. There has been several organizations that has governed the use of magic in human history; before the Empire, each of the human nations that once existed or still do had government agencies, or similar organizations with a similar purpose, that regulated the use of magic. Over time, some were disbanded and its resources gathered into a new organization, a new one would take control overnight, some were destroyed by enemies and replaced, some were disbanded by tyrants, etc. These various organizations had symbols to identify their agents, and there are collectors who enjoy the gathering of such antiques.
