The Towerbanned

Arcanist criminals who subscribe to the arcane philosophy of "Nothing is Forbidden". Its members regularly perform criminal acts to further magical research of immoral and heartless goals. To them, no action is too heinous as long as it furthers the arcane.
The Tower wants them dead and gone, and have undergone numerous operations against the holdings and secret members of the group, yet they continue existing without permission and terrorizing the innocent civilians of the Empire.
