Mogul

The ruler of each of the seven great merchant Houses of Bajapur‌ is known as a Mogul. Every seven years, they meet to elect one of their number as the ruler of Bajapur, known as the Great Tycoon‌. Should a Great House fall, the strongest of the lesser merchant houses petition to replace them, with the choice made by a vote amongst the Moguls.
