The House of Cats have not held the position of Great Tycoon in some time, but have a great deal of wealth. They carefully remain around the middle in the rankings of Great Houses, and keep their activities fairly well-hidden, hiding their exact capabilities and wealth.
Their Mogul, Pan Mo'Kai, guides them well. They cultivate a rumour of laziness, like cats, leading others to underestimate them, and have no particular grudges or enemies amongst the other Houses.
They train in a particular fighting style, wielding a small shield, dagger, and sword.
