Expedition

The ruins of Ghrinzhekk are cleared.

The ruins of Ghrinzhekk, once an ancient dwarven stronghold, then an outpost and second throne for Tuh-Shenfadth Lîfidîth, were entered by a group of adventurers. These brave souls delved in, finding undead and fiendish creatures. Along the way, they discovered a kenku named Munnin in the ruins, who joined their band. While exploring, they found a passage that was clearly labeled to lead to the Underdark, but it had been sealed by a cave-in. Finally, they fought their way to the ancient throne room, where they were forced to fight illithid alhoons. Cipher fell in the effort, victim of a disintegration spell. The adventurers prevailed, gathering the remains of their fallen friend. They found a note - apparently from Lîfidîth - that suggested she is plotting a return to power. They returned to Brundelium. There, Rhapsody was reacquainted with Ronic Revelry, her old band of performers, whom she rejoined, bidding the party farewell. The party was also joined by a wizard named Ozymandias and an odd deep gnome named Petaluma.
