Kisandra Numesti

A Halfling and member of the Numesti house of Drelev. She is concerned with the leadership of Hannis Drelev and has asked The Land of the Silver Star to remove him from leadership and save the citizens of Drelev.

After her father Terrion Numesti was imprisoned and her sister Tamaray was given to the Tiger Lords as tribute, Kisandra approached the Silver Star to ask for their help in saving her family and people. As a token of goodwill, she warned of an army on its way to attack Vermetelheid.
