Horus Program
The Horus Program is a unification of leading developmental minds at both the Aphrodite Institute of Bio-Mechanics and the Mercury Culture Manipulation Research Institute to develop machines beyond which humanity could not fathom.
Structure
The Horus Program is highly secretive and is rumored to be spear headed by members of the Church of the Collective God. However the truth of its structure is known only to the foundations.
Culture
The culture of the Horus Program is highly secretive. Members mostly seem to know very little about what they are developing. Information out of the program is nill, Products are merely launched with little fanfair. From the outside it would appear the program has no interest in profitability, growth, or sustainability. Instead serving some alternate focus all together.
History
The Horus program has never been public until recently. It has likely operated in secret for decades, however as Horus lancers enter the market they are as inscrutable as their makers. A fusion of the impossible and the biological, the limits of Bio-Mechanics and Fiction-Generation combined in purpose to all humanity. Or at least the Foundations.
